I have been trying to get an appointment for OVER a week!! Is this place still open??? I have left four messages and drove by several times. No one has called me back and I never see lights on. This is a VERY poor way to run a business if it is still open.
I have been customer twice with Shoni. She's excellent and professional got cut and first experience was happy 😊. Been back since for a color very satisfying experience. Have an appointment for getting shampoo and style coming and after another color maybe a cut my doesn't grow fast at least dead end trim. I'm very satisfied with my salon experience. THUMBS UP SHOINI IS GREAT!!
Absolutely awful!! I called in august to get in just for a trim and waited a weak but no one called me back. My previous salon just moved locations so I was trying to find a place closer to home and this one was 5 minutes down the road. I eventually went in to make an appointment, was told there phone system wasn’t even on and the woman I spoke to wasn’t accepting clients but she would have one of the other girls there give me a call. I waited a month and didn’t hear back. I eventually went in again and booked an appointment in person. I show up for my appointment and she’s not even there! No one offered to call her or anything. I just needed a trim. They even told me I had the wrong location until I explained I booked it in person, it’s like they were trying to gaslight me. I was told I could wait until there was an opening between clients but after 15 minutes, I just left. Horrible experience, do not ever go there. If you are a new customer then they don’t care about you and will screw you over.
WOULD GIVE 5 STARS IF THERE WAS MORE AVAILABILITY! Shonie is the best! Really tries to capture what you're looking for! She is knowledgeable about the area & a great conversationalist! She does a great job & prices are reasonable! She doesn't take offense if you tell her, "I liked this, I didn't like that." She adjusts & gives you what you like, not what she wants to do! Go see them, just make an appointment! 😁 Each chair is subcontracted, so you need to find which stylist you want & book directly. I def recommend Shonie though! (I'm picky, my mother is hella picky & we both love her)
They never answer their phone, tried for two days to reach someone! So, I walked in to ask for an appointment, the woman doing nails was very rude! Looked at me and didn't even get up to greet me. With sarcasm in her voice asked what I wanted, I said an appointment for my hair! She said have you gone anywhere else? I replied yes but was not happy, she then said WELL we aren't taking any new clients! Didn't even say sorry or recommend anything! Guess, they DON'T NEED MY MONEY!! And I DON'T NEED THEIR IGNORANCE! Just plain rude!
